So for the past week I have been going back on every sunny day that I can to revisit the circles of light that are flooding this neighborhood near me.  I have counted 37 houses now that have these amazing light manifestations! They last for about two hours in the evening which is longer than the circle on my fence lasts when it appears December through March.  When the circles on my back fence show up, they only show up on sunny days for about twenty minutes. 
 
I got a bunch of good photographs of these light reflections and I will try to attach some of them here.  I am really new at this bloggy thing and I don't know much about the technical side of all this so hopefully I won't overheat Icarus!

(I don't know what I think about the explanation for these circles given on these web pages, but I do think these patterns of light are pretty interesting.)
