The Evergreen State College Icarus Project

It is time to trust ourselves and our own minds...

We identify as people who have been oppressed by psychiatry and are working together to transform our self-perceptions and self-care.  Together, we are reclaiming our Dangerous Gifts and realizing that with support of our peers we can determine our health and well being.  Our meetings provide empowerment, empathy, and a safe place to talk about our mental health experiences.

Although we are a baby Icarus, so far we 've had 7+ meetings with turnouts ranging from 10 to 20 people.  Yay!

Meetings - Every Tuesday - COMM Bldg. - Room 307 - 3 PM - 5 PM
