Poem on degrees

Poem on degrees

Postby Gottservant » Jun 19, 2017 4:49 am

Degrees of madness
I digress?
No, please, please: degrees.
I
Wait.

Degrees of madness
What did they say?
How do you tell, today?
I think I glimpsed it yet.
Remember again, time yet.

This is me, remember
We said it together
"Hell, yes, the madness
bent"
A little too much yet.

Who's next.
Fantastic, I don't get.
I don't get it? I don't?
No wait, I'll bet.
God saved us, as you said.

In some round about way,
not "hay",
you still remember the best,
almost: as we would
guess.

poem on degrees (at best)
I knew you were mad when I met you, I could tell you were crazy when I heard you, I hoped you were insane when I knew you, now I know that I'm going to bless you - Song of the Lonely Psychiatrist
