I'm still in hospital involuntarily. The doctors have diagnosed me with bipolar and say that I had a manic episode. I initially wrote what follows just for myself.

Prayers. Need. Love. Hope.

I try and try and try.

Then die.

The honour in stories shared. The hope. The unending journeys.

Walk.
Pray.
Wake.
Beg.

Sing. Dance. Laugh. Grow. Fly. Smile. Love.

Tide flows and ebb
Clocks tick
Eyes scan.
Into and through the night.
But finally, I must rest. Tomorrow's plans. Unfortunately, these urgencies must wait again.
